Mar Gregorious Memorial school is owned and managed by St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral. It was started in 1986.

Mar Gregorious Memorial ( M.G.M.)chool is a matriculation school, in Coimbatore ,Tamil Nadu. It is recognised by the board of Matriculation School under the education department of Tamilnadu. M.G.M. is surrounded by the natural beauty. M.G.M. is focused on creating a generation of confident youth through holistic education. Students are introduced to a safe , nuturing and caring learning environment. Our environment are pollution free . Our students are under the utmost care of our dedicated teachers. PATRON :

His Holiness BASELIOS MARTHOMA MATHEWS III His Holiness BASELIOS Marthoma Mathews III, The Ninth Catholicos of the East in Malankara, was enthroned as the Catholic of the East Malankara Metropolitan on 15th of October 2021. His Holiness is the 92th Primate on.the Apostolic Throne of St. Thomas.His Holiness is a well known teacher and a faculty member of the Orthodox Seminary, Kottayam. A Philanthropist , His Holiness works relentlessly for the uplifting of the poor, especially women .His Holiness has authored a few devotional and contemplative books in Malayalam.

PRESIDENT AND MANAGER OF OUR Mar Gregorious Memorial School :

Our president is His Grace ,H.G. GeeVarghese Mar Philexenos. His Grace was born on Maleth House, Arattupuzha, as the son Mr. M.G.George and Mrs. Accamma on 30th of May 1972. His Grace took his PhD from Brisbane College of Theology. His Grace was ordained deaconship (2000) and priesthood ( 7th May 2000) at Mount Tablor Dayara, Pathanapuram. His Grace was chosen as a Metropolitan in the Malankara Syrian Christian Association held on 25th of Feb 2022 at Kolencherry.. His Grace has taken charge of Madras diocese as Metropolitan since November 3rd, 2022.

VICE-PRESIDENT OF OUR SCHOOL:

Our Vice-President is Rev. Fr. Biju Mathai Pulickal. Rev. Father is the Vicar of St. MARY'S Orthodox Cathedral Church. Rev Father is also a priest Secretary of Madras diocese. Rev. Father is a great Lyricist, Music composer , good orator and Cinematographerand good in clinical counselling. Rev Father has composed nearly 600 songs in different languages and have been with many playback singers. Rev Father is a Director of KARUTHAL ( Home for HIV +ve children) Rev.Father entered priesthood in the year 2000.

Mrs. Sheela Antony has an experience of 25 years in the field of teaching. She has produced numerous centum in Science and Biology. She has experience of 5 years as a Principal. She started her career as a teacher at the kindergarten level and upgraded to higher secondary level. She has a welcoming smile and a positive tone on the campus. She is an excellent listener, focused and attentive. Her vision , wisdom and passion for the school is apparent. Her inspiration to our students to achieve their dreams and goals each and everyday is great. She has a great skill in interacting with all the superiors, teachers, parents and students.
